Refund policy

PILLOW COVERS ONLY: We accept returns for full refund on unused products if contact is made within 3 business days of receiving the product. Please email info@clothandwoolshop.com to initiate return process.

Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Please understand that if the item is not returned to us in its original condition, you may not receive a full refund. This will be evaluated case-by-case.

RUG RETURN POLICY: We are thrilled to announce a more flexible return policy that will make your shopping experience even better! If your rug doesn't work out, you have the ability to return it, and receive a refund (less a 10% restocking fee). Two additional options that do not require a restocking fee include exchanging the rug for another one of equal or higher value, OR opting for store credit. If you are a part of our trade program, please see our on-approval policy below.
 
To return a rug:
- Please contact us at info@clothandwoolshop.com to begin the return process. We will provide you with the return shipping address
- Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping
We recommend UPS Ground shipping. You must provide your own shipping label
- The rug must be returned to us in its original condition
There should be no stains, odors, or damage to the rug. We ask that you return the rug with the hang tag in tact. Please ensure you package the rug so that it does not get damaged during transit. If you would like a recommendation on packaging material, so that the rug remains secure during transit, please feel free to contact us. If the rug is not returned in its original condition, a full refund may not be issued, and we will assess a fee on a case-by-case basis
- You must initiate shipping within 3 business days post-delivery
This allows us to process your return promptly and ensure that you receive your refund as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, if shipping is not initiated within 3 business days, we will be unable to accept the return
- We will initiate the refund (less a 10% restocking fee) promptly after receiving your return. Please understand it may take up to 10 business days to receive the refund.

Trade Members/Designers Only: ON-APPROVAL SHIPPING (RUGS ONLY)
Offered to US trade members only. All orders totaling $10,000+ are eligible for on approval shipping. To take advantage of on approval shipping, please contact us at info@clothandwoolshop.com to begin the process. We are confident you and your client will love your selection, however, we understand if it doesn't end up being the right fit for the space. If you need to return your selection, you are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Please ship the item(s) back to us within 3 business days after delivery. Please note, we cannot accept a return beyond 3 business days post-delivery. The rug must be unused and sent back in its original condition, with the hang tag in tact. If the rug is stained, damaged, etc., you may not receive a full refund. Once we receive the return, we will issue your full refund within 3 business days (upon inspection). Please email us at info@clothandwoolshop.com for the return shipping address.
