All orders of $10,000+ are eligible for on approval shipping for Cloth & Wool to-the-trade members only. To take advantage of on approval shipping, please place your order using your trade discount (the discount code can be found in your trade program approval email). In the event that a rug doesn't work in your client's space, please ship it back to us within 3 business days after delivery (you are responsible for covering the return shipping cost). Upon inspection, we will issue your full refund within 3 business days after we receive the return. Rugs must be unused and sent back in their original condition, with their hang tags in tact. If they are stained, damaged, etc., you may not receive a full refund. Please contact us directly for the return shipping address.
