Please ship the item(s) back to us within 3 business days after delivery. Please note, we cannot accept a return beyond 3 business days post-delivery. The rug must be unused and sent back in its original condition, with the hang tag in tact. If the rug is stained, damaged, etc., you may not receive a full refund.
